With family in town for Memorial Day, we decided to go for a bike ride out of the neighborhood. So we loaded up the bikes and headed to the American River bike trail. Other than trying to explain to the kids that we NEED to stay on this side of the 'road' it was a lot of fun. We even convinced my mom to wear a helmet even though it was going to mess up her hair. :)
What fun!! We have taken the girls up there a few times but it seems we always get yelled at by the serious bike riders :)
